40 years of history of Tounetsu

1981-1991	Orgin of Tounetsu The company's founder, Shunji Mochizuki, founded and became president of Tounetsu Co., Ltd in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, in February 1981. The origin of the company name, "Tounetsu," was named with the idea of "contributing to society by building 10 bases across the country that utilize our thermal technologies.
1981	Developed by the founder, Shunji Mochizuki The manufacturing technology of "under-heater holding furnace (horizontal immersion heater holding furnace)", which is also the origin of the company, was developed by the founder, Shunji Mochizuki. 1992-2002	Expand the business in to Kanto region With the establishment of business partners in the Tokai region, moved the base to Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, close to the Kanto region, in order to further expand into the Kanto region. In order to expand our business, we completed the construction of the current Tokai Office and Chubu Sales Office.
1992	Became the foundation of Tokai Office (Head Office) The Kanto Sales Office established in Wakanomiya-cho, Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This became the foundation for the Tokai Office (Head Office). The number of employees was only two when establishment and it increased to 24 in 1992. 1995	The Kanto Sales Office was renamed to Tokai Office (Head Office) The Kitayama Plant was established in Kitayama, Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. At the same time, the Kanto Sales Office was renamed to Tokai Office (Head Office) and relocated at Togamihigashi-cho, Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. 2003-2015	With a view to Globalization In the 21st century, as the social environment has changed and globalization has progressed, we have begun to establish subsidiaries and technical partners in overseas to further contribute to society and to develop our business with accurately and quickly.
2004	Our first overseas subsidiaries Guangzhou Tounetsu Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd was established, our first overseas subsidiaries in China. Then, Dalian Tounetsu Science and Technology Co., Ltd was establisehd in 2005, Tounetsu India was establisehd in 2009 and Tounetsu Thai was established in 2011. Japan and World History Athens Olympic

2016-Now	Challenging New Technologies and Fowarding to the Future The establishment of group companies in Japan and overseas, which has been underway since around 2003, has steadily expanded its scale to six domestic offices and sales offices, four overseas subsidiaries, and one technical cooperate company.

"Since the establishment, Tounetsu has continued to change in response to the trends of the times. At the time of the company's founding, the design process started with two employees using their desks at home, and today it is carried on by many members of the Tounetsu family, not only in Japan but also overseas.
The company's attitude of responding to customers' requests with speed and accuracy has been handed down since its inception. We have been contributing mainly to the automotive industry by utilizing the thermal technologies we have developed over our long history.

we need to build a decarbonized society where nature and people can continue to coexist in harmony with the global environment more than ever.
To this end, we will continue to build an organization that can continue to evolve and contribute to the world without slowing down the pace of development.
