| Furnace Advantages | ・Dewaxing and sintering under vacuum, reduced pressure, atmospheric pressure and pressurized gas atmosphere are realized with high energy efficiency. ・Dewaxing, sintering and cooling of workpiece in clean atmospheric single chamber is possible by Tounetsu original direct exhaust system. (Patent technology) ・The unique structure of the furnace body(upper shell + heat insulation layer + heating element) which rises and falls, enables convenient insertion and removal of workpieces from three dimensions. ・Uniformed and efficient cooling is possible by gas convection which advantage of the vertical structure. ・Fan cooling system can be added as an option. |
